Facundo Rojo, a paralegal at Yu Leseberg, is an Argentine music lawyer, holding a law degree from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Argentina, 2011) and a postgraduate degree in Author’s Rights and Neighboring Rights from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina, 2014). He also holds a music Higher Technical degree in Bass Performance from the Escuela de Música de Buenos Aires (Argentina, 2022).

With more than a decade of professional legal experience, Mr. Rojo has worked in both the private and judiciary sectors in Argentina. He has represented various Latin artists, producers, agents, managers, independent labels and music publishers in numerous transactional matters.

He has also authored a number of published academic papers on authors’ rights, including “Fundamentos Filosóficos de la Doctrina del Fair Use” (ITAM, Mexico, 2014) and “El Nacimiento y la Extinción del Derecho de Autor” (Universidad Externado, Colombia, 2017).

Mr. Rojo is currently a professor of Derecho de Autor y de la Industria Creativa at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
